Alex has given me the confidence to review my wardrobe. I'm restyling what I have in a way that suits my shape. I worked with Alex after my husband offered to treat me for my birthday, it has given me a real confidence boost and made me feel so much more comfortable in my skin.
Alex is really knowledgeable about sustainable fashion brands which I was really keen on. She worked with me to help me to understand the colours and styles that suit me, and how to style items in my wardrobe differently to create new looks.
Her online styling service was amazing and I’m so happy about my new clothes, many of which are pre loved and some from new brands I didn’t even know about. The whole experience has taught me how to wear clothes to compliment my shape as well as how to wear styles I’d never have chosen before. I asked Alex to help me pick a dress to wear as a guest to a wedding in November. I have always struggled with formal wear due to my shape and find dress shopping very stressful.
Alex was so helpful and gave me lots of options and worked with me to find something that I loved. In our fitting session she was open and honest and we landed on a dress that I absolutely love and cannot wait wear. She also helped me to pick out jewellery, shoes, bag and a jacket all within budget.

I used Alex for a personal shopping trip after lockdown lifted and had the best afternoon! I filled in a detailed questionnaire beforehand and let Alex know the sort of pieces I wanted to add to my wardrobe and she seeked out everything before the session with a massive selection for me to try on! She really listened to my specific requests, such as breastfeeding friendly outfits and had a nice mix of my usual style and things that pushed the boundary a little.
I picked up some lovely pieces I would normally just have walked past and can't thank Alex enough for helping me get my confidence back post baby. I’d like to recommend lovely Alex, who is the personal stylist for Christopher Place and runs Luxe Leopard Lifestyle. Having just spent the afternoon having a personal styling session with her and a friend. Alex is so knowledgeable and picked pieces for me to try that I wouldn’t necessarily have thought to try myself.
It was an amazing post-baby confidence boost and a personal styling session or wardrobe edit would make an ideal birthday or Christmas pressi (whilst supporting a new local business at the same time). I also really liked her emphasis on supporting brands with an interest in sustainability.

I’ve known Alex for almost two years as we get our heads around Mum life and raising maniac toddlers. Her style has always been fab and she always seems so comfortable and natural in what she’s wearing (as well as being a wonderful Mum and friend!) So when she started Luxe Leopard Lifestyle I thought I’d get her advice; I’ve always loved clothes but I’ve never really found a style I’m comfortable with and in particular with wanting to but not feeling comfortable, tucking things in.
Alex helped me pull some outfits together from my wardrobe and gave me confidence to put different styles together but the clincher was that she brought round an old pair of her jeans for me to try; Levi, high waisted, Mom jeans. Something I never thought I’d wear but oh my goodness I LOVED them. I bought two additional pairs and every single time I wear them not only do I get compliments from friends, family and strangers but I feel FANTASTIC in them. Seriously, she can change the way you feel about your style, so you need her in your life!!

I had a full styling service from Alex and she is both a lovely woman and an incredible stylist. I love how she takes time to understand her clients and balance new with old and making your wardrobe sustainable whilst also identifying key gaps. In particular the look boards she put together for me just from our first phone consultation were spot on and really inspired me along with the way she reimagined key pieces from my wardrobe which had laid unworn for some time.
I constantly return to the look book and styling photos we put together for inspiration and Alex very much taught me to wear the dress and not save some of my lovely pieces for best! I also felt I could trust Alex and be honest about my feelings about how I looked and my current style. As a busy working mum this was money very well spent and a great investment. Would be a great idea for a Christmas or birthday present for a loved one if they have commented that they are stuck in a rut or need some styling inspiration!
I was lucky to win a free personal styling session with Alex and I can not thank her enough. The whole experience was first class. After setting a date for a post-lock down session she sent me a comprehensive questionnaire to get an idea of my style and my wardrobe likes and dislikes. Based on this she collated a fabulous selection of items for me to try - in a COVID safe way.
She understood what I like and there were several things I instantly approved of but she also suggested items I would never have picked up and I was amazed at how good they looked on. She made me reconsider my navy stripy top issue! My brief was to get a versatile summer top that won’t date, Alex certainly fulfilled this brief and I am delighted with my purchases.
